1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Rugs purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions.

  • Items damaged due to improper use, neglect, or accidents after delivery.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective rug:
